About Competere
COMPeTERE - A study on the e-learning and ICT needs of SMEs
and micro-firms.
The five DPs have agreed to work collaboratively to address the following common areas of interest:
A) to help strengthen the adaptability of employees, owners and/or managers of SMFs to technological change that affects
their ability to succeed in today's digital economy.
B) to evaluate the role of e-Learning as an informal and formal training medium within small and micro firms (SMFs) and
thereby identifying and understanding better the barriers in using ICT as a means of learning within the context of
e-Learning.
